CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

Liberty Conference aims to provide an opportunity to academics and practitioners around the world to discuss and share the contemporary issues of interdisciplinary science research. The proposed conference provides an outlet for high quality research in all areas scientific research. 
Aim of our peer-reviewed conference is to bring together the world’s leading scholars and opinion leaders and to increase our understanding of emerging scientific issues and research methodologies relating to interdisciplinary science research. Please, engage freely in discussions, share your ideas and build relationships among the group of international researchers.

REGISTRATION PROCESS AND RULES

1- Apply by sending an abstract. The abstract evaluation process takes around 2-4 days after receiving your application​

2- After having your acceptance please transfer the participation fee to our bank account/ credit card payments. ​

4- After your payment please send a copy of payment receipt to us​

5- Online (virtual) Participation fee is 50 USD. Fee includes

- Conference participation of all authors (up to 3 authors,  virtually)

- Certificates for all authors

- Publicaiton in Conference Proceedings Book​

- In person participation in the conference: 300 USD (Please make the payment twice.) 

Warning: For in person participation please send your visa copy to conference email adress until November 10, 2024. Visa and air ticket submissions no later than November 14, 2024

• Please submit your abstract/paper via email to editor@libertyacademicbooks.com

• For presentation only, abstract is needed

• For presentation and publication, full paper is needed

• Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.doc) will be accepted via email editor@libertyacademicbooks.com .

• All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

• All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed.

Before submitting your final paper, check that the format conforms to below template. Specifically, check the appearance of the title and author block, the appearance of section headings, document margins, column width and other features.  ​

Also note that you can submit your Full-Text paper(s) after you have completed the payment. If you are going to send the full text, the similarity report must also be sent by e-mail. Full texts with a similarity report of 30% or less will be evaluated.

ORAL VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

Each presentation will last 10-15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions and discussion. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation about 2 weeks before the event. If your personal circumstances restrict you to presenting your paper on a specific date, please send us an email with your request as soon as possible.
